Dogs and Puppies Available for Adoption

Below is just a small selection of some of our wonderful dogs who are ready for adoption. Some dogs may have applications on them (which means someone has applied to adopt them), so please call ahead if you are only interested in a specific dog. To meet all of our available dogs, you'll need to come and visit us at the SPCA Auckland Animal Village.

We have plenty of dogs looking for new loving homes, so please help us by adopting one of our precious pooches today!

My Story:
I came to the SPCA with an inspector as my old owner couldn’t handle my outgoing nature. He gave me to her hoping I would find a more experienced family to live with.

About Me:
•I am a very loving boy with an energetic nature
•I am best suited to a calm owner who can teach me to relax and settle as I can get quite anxious at times
•I will require daily exercise and play time otherwise, I will get bored easily
•I am very willing to please and pick new things up quickly
•I would like a home where I will be taught how to be an indoor dog
•I will be fine in a home with another dog but, I am not suited to a home with cats
•Due to my huge desire to play, I am not suited to a home with young children
